Defective product will be replaced with an identical or similar product of equal or greater value, or the purchase price refunded at our option. Custom printed or engraved product cannot be returned or canceled once your order has gone into production.

We will not be responsible for physical or electronic abuse, including electrical overloads or damage due to water.
